Northdown Capital acquired Linear Parking, formally Park It Group in 2025, at the time owning and operating brands; Park It 360, Park It Management, Park It Enforcement & Park It Pay, The company underwent a full re-brand in July 2026 to streamline the business and allow for the previous sub brands to all sit within Linear Parking. Linear Parking owns and operates sites nationwide priding itself on installing a simple solutions for customer by using our inhouse payment system.
Linear Parking is a registered approved operator and is authorised and regulated by the British Parking Association and The DVLA.
Founded in 2025, Northdown Capital co-founded The Orchard Property Group. The Orchard Property Group is a commercial property company, buying, selling & letting commercial premises for all size and types of businesses nationwide.
